W.J. Graves Construction Co is a large aggregate producer in north central Massachusetts. We are looking to expand our team of technicians. A successful candidate for this position will be asked to assist in maintaining on and off road trucks, wheeled loaders, excavators and an assortment of mobile crushing and screening equipment. We are looking for a candidate with plenty of heavy equipment and truck experience who is a self starter and motivated to expand our team’s capabilities. This position will be local to East Templeton but candidate must be willing to travel occasionally to other sites to preform repairs. Hourly pay will comparable to candidate’s experience level.

Responsibilities:
· Diagnostics & Repair for On Road Trucks, Heavy Equipment, Crushers, Screeners, & Stackers.
· Knowledge of Hydraulic Systems
· Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
· Travel to down equipment and perform repairs independently
· Engine, Drivetrain, and Hydraulic Services (including greasing)
· Communicate with team members to diagnose machines and complete repairs.
· Familiarity with technology, Ability to complete necessary paperwork.
· Ability to adapt & problem solve.
· Open to working Saturdays/ Late Hours
Qualifications
· Ability to work in and around crushing machines (standing, bending, lifting, and working in/outdoors)
· Driver’s License
· Must be detailed oriented
· Class A CDL preferred
· Must have Valid DOT Physical or be willing to obtain one.
